ACCEPTANCE
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, any purchase or use of our service(s) implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
SERVICE AGREEMENT
The client has the right to withdraw from, or cancel their service agreement within the first 72 hours of any new agreement in writing.
Vision 51 Ltd may elect to suspend or terminate the service immediately on any default of payment by the client. 14 days notice of cancellation must be received in writing, prior to the renewal date of a domain name or any other renewable product.
DOMAIN AGREEMENT
Vision 51 Ltd will register a domain to a company and/or individual on a per domain basis and that the company/individual is granted exclusive use of this domain as long as fees are paid,and payments kept up to date.
Domain names are the responsibility of the client. The loss, cancellation or otherwise of the domain name brought about by non or late payment is not the responsibility of Vision 51 Ltd. Vision 51 Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or information in any event by use of the service. All fees paid are non-refundable and once registered cannot be changed in their name or extension. A new name will incur the appropriate costs.
LIABILITIES
Vision 51 Ltd will not be held liable for any missed deadline if the client has been late supplying materials or has not approved or signed off any work on time, at any stage. From time to time parts of the Vision 51 Ltd hosting network may be taken offline for repair, routine maintenance or migration. We endeavor to give as much notice as possible but will not be held liable for any downfall, we also will not be held liable for any downfall in the network due to extraneous conditions including but not limited to inclement weather or power failure.
It is the client’s responsibility to keep all usernames and passwords secure and not let third parties know or have access to them, or to store them on any computer in plain text or in a format that is easily accessible.
Vision 51 Ltd will not be responsible for writing or imputing any text copy unless this has been specified by the client.
SUBLEASE/RE-SELLING
The client agrees not to re-sell, sublease or transfer their account in any way, shape or form without the proper procedures being followed as required by the appropriate domain name registry. Contravention shall lead to immediate termination of the service to the client by Vision 51 Ltd.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide content in a form suitable for service to be carried out, without the need for further preparation by designer, unless otherwise stated in the project proposal.
- Proof read all content, the client may be charged for correcting errors, grammar after the acceptance of any information the client submits.
- Vision 51 Ltd asks the client to provide all required information in advance. In order for us to begin product purchases.
- Vision 51 requires the client to provide website content, text, images, logo, videos. Unless the client has purchased a package for Vision 51 Ltd to create the content.
- The client shall notify Vision 51 Ltd of any action taken against them by a third party.
- Not hold Vision 51 Ltd liable for any resulting costs.
REFUNDS
It is at our sole discretion as to whether a refund is offered. Vision 51 Ltd will not provide any refund generally on services provided unless unforeseen circumstances such as (major technical failures) occur.
Breach of terms and conditions by the client will lead to termination of service with no entitlement to refund.
